Student Accident Insurance
The safety of our students is of critical importance to all of us and we want to protect them from injury. Even so, accidents do happen (at school and elsewhere) and required medical care can be expensive. For the 2025-2026 school year, Modesto City School students will be covered by the District’s blanket student accident insurance policy through Everest Insurance administered by Bob McCloskey Insurance. This school time coverage covers student injuries caused by covered accidents on school premises and during school sponsored events. If the student is already covered by medical insurance, this policy is secondary to that insurance. Please see below for more information on the coverage and exclusions. Information on obtaining 24-hour accident insurance is provided below as well as a link to the claim form.
Please contact Risk Management if you have any questions.
